The dedication program from our old building in Glendale is very interesting. Apart from the prophet dedicating the building, the other thing that caught my eye was the name John T Cardall, who is listed as singing twice on the program. There is a guy in my ward who's name is Wes Cardall and I knew he grew up in southern California, so I asked him today if there was any relationship. Sure enough, John T Cardall was his grandfather and Wes knew that he was quite a singer. I sent Wes a copy of the program. He thought it was very cool. Wes also mentioned that his father was born less than 2 weeks after the building dedication (in Glendale).
