It is my contention that the woman who married John Rudolph Bachman was Helen Ellsworth. My sources are John Bachman's own obituary which lists his wife as Helen Ellsworth, and John's sister Emma, who says his last marriage was to Helen Ellsworth.
The 1940 census lists John's wife as Helen J (Bachman). Helen was born in 1884 not 1878 like this woman. The 1940 census says she was born in SLC, her father SLC and mother in Utah.
