Hans Matthias Scholl 1666

Hans Matthias Scholl, a little boy was born on 12 Oct 1666, and was in distress after birth, received an emergency baptism from the midwife, and then died on the same day. 12 Oct 1666. Both the father and the son are separately named in this record so you can feel comfortable that this is the same child from the corresponding birth/baptismal record dated 12 Oct 1666. No mother is mentioned in this record. This could be a child of Hans Matthias Scholl b 1736.

Translation by Robert Seal:
The way that I read this record is that the child is unnamed and the father is Hanß Mats Scholl:
"12 Octob. [1666] Hanß Mats Schollen Söhnlein ___ ___ Hebamme __________________ und gestorben."

Translation:
12 October [1666] Hanß Mats Scholl's little son ___ ___ midwife __________________ and died.
Conjecture: The little boy was born on 12 Oct 1666, was in distress after birth, received an emergency baptism from the midwife, and then died on the same day.
FYI: In the record the second line begins with the word "Hebamme" and ends with "und gestorben".

In this extract, it appears that both the child and the father have been named separately in the record. If so, then the child in the corresponding birth/baptismal record is named Hans(s) Mats Scholl. You will need to see the actual record to be sure that both son and father are named separately in this death record

The word(s) I couldn't decipher in the birth/baptismal record after "midwife" appear to to be the same word(s) in this record after "midwife".
